IndexDoctor is a read-only checker. It tells you what a public URL returns, what robots.txt allows, and, if you connect Search Console, what Google has already recorded. Using the service means you agree to these terms.

No indexing promise

We do not guarantee that Google or any AI product will crawl, index, or cite a page. We do not call Google's Indexing API. A verdict is a technical reading of the response we fetched and, on paid plans, of Search Console. A live fetch uses a crawler name from IndexDoctor, not from the crawler's own network. A firewall can treat that differently, so a block or a pass is likely evidence.

Your sites

Check URLs you are allowed to request. Do not point the checker at private networks or addresses you do not have reason to inspect. We block private and local addresses. We may limit or stop a visitor who tries to get around that.

Accounts

You sign in with Google. You are responsible for the account and for the Search Console properties you add. The read-only scope cannot edit those properties. Disconnect by deleting the account. Deleting the IndexDoctor account does not delete your Google or Search Console data at Google.

Plans and payment

Paid plans are monthly subscriptions processed by Stripe: Starter $9, Pro $19, and Agency $49. The plan limits are the site counts and inspection budgets shown on the pricing page. Access continues while Stripe marks the subscription active, trialing, or past due. When it is canceled, the account returns to the free limits. Sites above the limit stay in the dashboard and are not checked until you remove others or upgrade. They are not deleted by a downgrade.

Manage or cancel the subscription in the Stripe customer portal. Fees already paid are handled by Stripe's receipts. A refund or dispute is recorded on the account and may lead to a review.

Mail

Marketing and weekly-check mail is sent only if you tick the consent box. You can unsubscribe from any message or from settings. Transactional messages about a subscription follow the billing relationship.

Acceptable use and availability

Do not misuse the service to attack a site, hide the origin of a request, or store content you have no right to store. The service can fail, change, or be discontinued. Weekly checks and emails run once a day.

Liability

The checks are provided as-is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for lost rankings, lost citations, or decisions you make from a report. Nothing here limits liability that cannot legally be limited.
